Today I was working on Thank You cards for a swap, and completely out of creative juices. So I was standing in front of my stamp closet digging through my stamp sets and came across a stamp set that I bought a couple of months ago and not used once...so I decided to try it out with the Stamping 411 layout of the week, and it is definitely not the spectacular that I was hoping for, but I think its kinda cute...probably because I love sunflowers! :)

Mojo Monday 111
Today I made a birthday card for my dad and used the sketch from Mojo Monday. It is always a challenge for me to make a male oriented card, but I went with my trusty old Loads of Love stamp set and used Chocolate Chip and Not Quite Navy for colors. I colored the truck in with watercolor wonder crayons. Anyway, here's the sketch and my card.

ssc 123 #2
My grandmothers birthday is coming up and I decided to use the SSC 123 as the sketch for her birthday card, and I used the level 3 Stampin' Up hostess set The More the Merrier which has some super cute stamps in it. I used Sprinkles for the background, and various patterned paper from the Razzleberry Lemonade pack of paper for the "frosting" on the cupcakes. Anyway, here is what I came up with.

SSC 123
Its another Saturday Sketch Challenge (SSC 123) and its another great sketch, so once again I'm playing along. I can not believe that it is already November, and Thanksgiving is rapidly approaching. So on the theme of Thanksgiving and giving thanks, here is the sketch and the card I came up with for this challenge.

SSC 122 - A Square Card
For the Stamping 411 Saturday Sketch Challenge 122 I decided to do an 8x8 scrapbook layout, so here's the sketch and the layout below. My son's preschool class took their Halloween field trip to a local pumpkin patch, and the picture is of him running through the maze, so it was a fun Halloween treat for the kids!
~Jenna2S4U Sketch 38
Today I decided to make a card for the 2 Sketches 4 You sketch challenge #38. I'm still working on last minute Halloween cards for my son's preschool class...its much more fun to make a bunch of different cards, than every single card exactly the same!
The above picture was taken without a flash, and it was kind of disappointing how it didn't show any of the shine on the card, so I decided to try it with a flash...obviously poor quality, but I guess you can kind of see where its *supposed* to be shiny, lol.
Thanks for coming to visit my blog to see my card!

Sketch 121 and JUGS Color Challenge
Hope everyone is having a great week, the weather here in NY has been so crazy that none of us know what to do...one day its freezing cold, the next day its sunny and warm, and today we are stuck with cold and dreary so I decided to make a card for the Stamping 411 SSC 121 Sketch Challenge and the JUGS Color Challenge to use Aqua, Red, and Cream.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month
This week I used the sketch challenge from Stamping 411 and the technique challenge from Just Us Girls (paper piecing) as the inspiration for my card. And in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I used pink in my card.

Rainy Day
Today was a yucky rainy day, and Jase had the day off from preschool so his teachers could have a planning day, so we decided to take out some stamps and work on Halloween cards. We were mostly just playing around, but he really liked the little pumpkin stamps, and I thought the patterned paper from the mini stack I had laying around was pretty halloween-ish so these are the two cards we came up with. We had the Stampin' Up! catalog open and used the designs to make these, as its quite difficult (at least for me) to think creatively with a four year old fiddling with everything in sight, lol. But just wanted to share :) Happy Columbus Day Weekend!

Sketch Challenge 119
Hey! Thanks for stopping by, life has been crazy lately and I haven't taken time to stamp or create lately...but today I took some time to complete the Saturday Sketch Challenge 119 from Stamping 411. I had to make a birthday card, so I decided to go with the sketch for the design, so here is what I came up with:

Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge 116
Hi Everyone! Its a beautiful day to stamp (its dreary and rainy outside), and here's another wonderful sketch challenge from Stamping 411. This week I decided I wanted to use my 'Look Who's Turning' stamp set to play around a little, since I hadn't used it yet and its such a cute set! This is the sketch, and here's what I came up with. For some reason the ostrich doesn't show up as clearly in the picture of the card as it does on the card itself, but with the 3d elements I can't really scan it, so this is the best I can do image wise.

Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge 115
Hey Everyone! This week I made a few different cards based on the Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge #115 (http://www.stamping411.blogspot.com/). The first two go with the upcoming Halloween theme, and the third kind of drifted from the sketch little bit, but its my personal favorite so I'll share it with you as well.
Here's the sketch, and the cards I came up with:

Saturday Sketch
Its Saturday, and that means a new sketch from Stamping 411! This week I decided to take a Halloween approach to the sketch. I combined the retired Stampin' Up! stamp set, 'Web Wishes' with the new one, 'Eat, Drink, and Be Scary' and this is what I came up with.
Here is the sketch, and my card:
